Job Title: Plastic Injection Machine Maintenance Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (First Class preferred) OR Diploma in relevant field with 6+ years of experience.

Salary: 25,000 to 45,000 per month based on experience

Experience: 4 to 10 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking two skilled and experienced Plastic Injection Machine Maintenance Engineers for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plastic injection molding machines

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plastic injection molding machines (hydraulic and all-electric, 500MT to 3200MT ton range).

2. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on injection molding machines.

3. Maintain and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment, including robots and chillers.

4. Maintain utility equipment such as cranes, DGs, and compressors.

5. Maintain secondary operation equipment.

6. Ensure efficient operation of all machinery.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to machine operation.

8. Maintain accurate maintenance records.

9. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.

10. Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
