1. Cluster Development:

a. Identify, onboard, and manage DSA/Channel Partners for small finance loan products

2. Sales Management:

a. Achieve business targets for the assigned region through channel partners.

b. Monitor lead conversions and improve channel efficiency.

3. Market Expansion:

a. Strategically expand the channel network to untapped areas around Hubli.

b. Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking.

4. Relationship Management:

a. Build long-term relationships with high-performing channel partners.

5. Proven track record in managing DSA networks and achieving sales targets

a.  Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

b. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.

c. Good understanding of local market dynamics in Hubli and surrounding areas
