We are looking below position for Hubli - Karnataka - Location

Title: NPD Quality Engineer

Education: BE/Diploma

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 Years

Pay Structure: 6 LPA 

Preferred experience: Cookware/Automobile industry experience

Key Skills:

• Develop and implement quality plans for new cookware products.

• Conduct Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).

• Ability to certify the Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFME).

• Define and execute product validation protocols including performance, durability, and safety testing.

• Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and procurement teams to ensure quality is embedded in product design.

• Participate in design reviews and provide quality input.

• Evaluate and qualify suppliers for new components and materials.

• Ensure products meet relevant food safety, material safety, and international cookware standards (e.g., FDA, CMA, BIS).

• Maintain documentation for compliance and certification.

• Analyze test data and field feedback to identify quality improvement opportunities.

• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for NPD-related issues.

• Proficiency in CAD software and data analysis tools
