Job Title: Quality Executive for Bottom wears (Garment Industry)

Qualification: Minimum SSLC or any related field 

Salary: 50k to 70k per month

Experience: 10 to 15 Years of Experience in Garmenting Unit

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our bottom-wear products (e.g., trousers, jeans, skirts, shorts) meet the highest standards of quality and comply with all relevant industry regulations. The Quality Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality management systems, overseeing inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Specialized Quality Assurance and Control (Bottom Wear): Develop/maintain policies; inspect materials; oversee in-process checks (cutting, sewing, finishing, waistbands, pockets, closures); perform final inspections (standards, size, fit); implement/monitor SPC.

2. Standards and Compliance: Ensure product/process compliance; stay updated on standards/regulations; manage quality control documentation.

3. Team Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with staff; train on procedures/standards (bottom-wear focus); supervise/mentor inspectors.

4. Customer Focus: Address complaints, meet expectations, and participate in pre-production meetings.

5. Problem Solving and Corrective Action: Identify/analyze problems; implement CAPA; monitor effectiveness.

6. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.

NOTE:

1. Candidate should be willing to work in Dharwad Location.

2. Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
