Loan Officer - LAP / SBL is required across Karnataka

Location: ARASIKERE, ATHANI, CHAMARAJANAGAR, CHANNARAYAPATTANA, CHIKKABALLAPURA, CHIKKAMAGALURU, CHITRADURGA, DAVANGERE, DOBBASPET, GADAG, GOKAK, HASSAN, HAVERI, HOSPETE, HUBBALLI, HUNSUR, KALABURAGI, KOLAR, KOLLEGALA, KOLLEGALA, KUSHALNAGAR, KUSHTAGI, MANDYA, MUDHOL, MYSORE, NANJANGUDU, RAMANAGARA, SHIVAMOGGA, SINDHANUR, SRIRANGAPATTANA, TIPTUR, TURUVEKEREVIJAYAPURA, YADGIR

Qualification: Graduate (any degree) / Undergraduate

Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month

Experience: Fresher / 1-2 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales and cross-sell targets to enhance profitability.

2. Manage sales and business development for LAP/SBL in the branch.

3. Develop and maintain the Company brand.

4. Maintain knowledge of the local LAP/SBL market.

5. Ensure KYC compliance.

6. Manage the lending process: inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement, and collections.

7. Evaluate creditworthiness.

8. Manage Loan Against Property sales.

9. Complete loan agreements and advise customers.

10. Collaborate with the Branch Manager for customer acquisition.

Behavioral Competencies:

3. English & Kannada language skills preferred.

4. Age less than 30 years.
