Title: Branch Sales Manager (BSM) 

Location: Chikkaballapur,Athani,Davangere,Tumkuru & Yadgir

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 3 to 8 years

Pay Structure: 3 to 7 LPA

Knowledge of SME / MSME / Micro-Lap / LAP / Mortgages / Retail Lending is Preferred.

Roles And Responsibilities:

1. To drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved.

2. Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for loan products and through cross selling while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships.

3. The incumbent is required to have a good knowledge and understanding of the local LAP markets.

4. Creating, implementing, and evaluating the branch business plan..

5. Hiring new employees, training, mentoring, supervising, and disciplining sales staff in order to ensure the overall efficiency of daily operations:

6. Keeping up-to-date on current banking regulations, policies, procedures, and protocols on lending.

7. Developing and implementing customer service procedure

8. Ensuring that goals and deadlines are met by individually & team.

9. Liaison with the head office and other branch offices to ensure the smooth management of operations and the achievement of overall business goals.

10. Monitoring the financial transactions executed and the office activity performed at the branch office.

11. Auditing financial transactions and any other action executed by employees.

12. Preparing quarterly reports, daily revenues, and other sales reports.

13. Analyze office activity and employee performance, identifying trends, and making appropriate recommendations and adjustments to current work methods and systems.

14. Overseeing office equipment maintenance, monitoring, calibration, and repair, as well as replacement of missing supplies, when necessary.

15. Building and maintaining strategies with the community, as well as networking with existing and potential customers in order to establish long-term, trustworthy relationships.
