We are looking for CNC/VMC Programmer for Dharwad Location

Pay Structure: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Tool Room Production

Education: BE in Mechanical Engineering / NTTF / GTTC or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement CNC/VMC programs using Delcam software for various machining operations.

* Analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and design data to determine tooling requirements, programming methods, and machine sequences.

* Ensure programs are optimized for efficiency, accuracy, and tool life.

* Possess strong knowledge of various tools, cutters, and insert toolings required for different machining applications.

* Collaborate with production and design teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and ensure smooth production flow.

* Perform routine maintenance and minor adjustments to CNC/VMC machines as needed.

* Maintain accurate records of programs, revisions, and production data.

* Adhere to all safety regulations and quality standards.
