We are hiring below position for Dharwad - Karnataka - Location

Title: Finishing Executive - Garment Industry

Qualification: Minimum SSLC or any related field 

Experience: 10 - 15 Years of Experience in Garmenting Unit

Salary: 50 to 75 k salary

Language Skills: Fluency in Kannada (both spoken and written) is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of the finishing department, including but not limited to quality control, packaging, labeling, and final inspection of export products.

2. Develop and implement efficient finishing procedures to optimize productivity and minimize waste.

3. Ensure that all finishing processes adhere to established quality standards, client specifications, and relevant export regulations.

4. Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the quality standards and specific requirements of various export brands. This includes understanding their packaging guidelines, labeling regulations, and any other unique finishing demands.

5. Collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of goods.

6. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding the status of finished goods.

7. Maintain accurate records of finished goods, inspections, and any quality-related issues.

Candidate should be willing to work in Dharwad Location.
