We are hiring below position for Dharwad - Karnataka - Location

Title: Production Manager - Garment Industry

Qualification: Minimum SSLC pass or fail (must have completed at least SSLC level education)

Experience: Minimum of 7 to 15 years of progressive experience in garment manufacturing

Salary: 75,000 to INR 1,25,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills)

Language Skills: Fluency in Kannada (both spoken and written) is mandatory

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise:

Demonstrate a strong understanding of sewing techniques and garment construction.

Possess technical knowledge of batch setting, skill grading, and other relevant production parameters.

2. Production Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet production targets and customer deadlines.

Monitor and control production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications for international brands.

3. Target Achievement and Performance Management:

Set and monitor production targets for the factory and individual teams.

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity.

4. International Brand Management:

Ensure that all production processes and quality standards meet the specific requirements of various international brands.

Maintain effective communication with brand representatives and address their concerns promptly.

Oversee quality control processes to guarantee compliance with international quality standards.

5. Machine and Facility Management:

Manage and oversee the operation and maintenance of a factory with 350 to 1000 sewing machines.

Ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of all production equipment.

NOTE:

Candidate should be willing to work in Dharwad Location.
