We are looking for Lead Engineer – Mechanical Maintenance

Experience: 7-10 years in a similar role.

Location: Hubli

Salary: 6 to 10 LPA

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for all plant equipment, including CNC, PLC, and SPM-based machines.

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for machine failures and implement effective solutions.

• Supervise the installation and commissioning of new machines and manage machine relocation projects.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).

• Oversee spare parts planning and inventory to optimize costs and ensure availability.

• Drive continuous improvement through low-cost automation and new technology adoption to enhance machine reliability.

• Prepare and present monthly maintenance reports to senior management.

Key Competencies:

• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on expertise in the mechanical maintenance of CNC, SPM machines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and utility systems. Experience with SAP PM is a plus.

• Experience with new machine installations and technology transfer.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Familiarity with low-cost automation and energy optimization.
