NC Programmer - Bangalore, Banashankari - Karnataka Location

Qualification - DIPLOMA / B.E / B Tech in Mechanical

Salary - 6 to 10 LPA

Experience - Min 3 to 8 years

Skill Sets

1. Create / modify and optimize CNC programs using Siemens NX software to control various CNC Milling machines for the production of parts and components.

2. Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and materials for each machining project to achieve the desired results while minimizing waste.

3. Continuously identify opportunities to improve machining processes, reduce cycle times, and enhance overall productivity.

4. Create setup sheets and Tool list which helps the Operator for workpiece loading and fixture setup.

5. Post Process and verify programs simulating in Vericut

MANDATORY SKILLS:

* Hands-on experience in CNC programming using Siemens NX software and Vericut.

* In-depth knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials

* Shopfloor experience is added advantage.

* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

* Knowledge on CNC machine operation and setups

* Effective communication and teamwork skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
