We are looking for EHS Manager (Environment, Health & Safety) for Satara - MH - Location

Experience: 8 - 15 years

Pay Structure: Up to 15 LPA 

Education: Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety 

Key Responsibilities:

* Performing Role of MR for Environment Health & Safety Systems.

* Maintaining Records & Analyzing all records related to EHS

* Conducting Mock drills to asses reaction times to plan for Calamity.

* Ensure Safety & Environmental Standards are met as per defined standards of the organisation

* Coordinating with all Safety & Environmental Regulatory Compliances.

* Creating Safety awareness to avoid accidents & damage around the plant.

* Coordinating base level administrative activity to ensure smooth functioning of plant.

* Imparting all safety and environment related training to concern.

* Ensuring all EHS data reporting on time including legal compliance.

* Reporting of nearmiss, first aid & all safety incidences & proper investigation and prevention methods to avoid reoccurrence.

* Driving Safety culture at the plant

* Responsible for driving Sustainability initiatives at the plant

* Responsible for ISO 45001 :2018 and EMS as per department applicability

Required Skillset:

* EHS, Sustainability and Statutory Compliance.

* Problem Solving.

* Interpersonal Skills.

* Environment certification would be added on advantage.
