We are looking for CMM Programmer and Operator.

Location: Hubli - Dharwad, KA

Experience: 2 - 6 years

Education: Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering

Note:

* This role requires an immediate joiner, available within 15 days. 

Key Responsibilities:

* Programming: Develop, write, and debug CMM programs using PC-DMIS software.

* Inspection: Conduct precise dimensional inspections of parts and components using the CMM machine.

* Operation: Operate the CMM machine to execute programs and measure parts.

* Reporting: Generate and analyze inspection reports, identifying any non-conformance issues.

* Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on the CMM to ensure accuracy.

* Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CMM programs or equipment.

* Collaboration: Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure all parts meet quality standards.

Mandatory Skillset:

* Hands-on experience with PCDMIS in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

* Deep understanding of GD&T and aerospace inspection standards.

* Ability to carry out CMM programming using CAD files.
