We are looking for following Position:

NX - CAM CNC Programmer - Banashankari, Bangalore - Karnataka Location

Qualification: DIPLOMA / B.E / B Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Salary: 8 to 10 LPA

Experience: 3 to 5+ Years. Candidates from Aerospace Industry are highly preferred.

Objective: Support CAM activities by generating and verifying NC programs in NX and Vericut for existing customers.

Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Siemens NX for milling machines.
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and enhance productivity.
• Generate setup sheets and tool lists for operators.
• Post-process and verify programs using Vericut simulation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in CNC programming with Siemens NX and Vericut.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
• Experience with CNC machine operation and setups.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Shop floor experience.
• Familiarity with other CAM software (Mastercam, Catia V5).
