We are looking for an immediate joiner for below position:

Title: CMM Operator - Hexagon Machine

Location: Hubli - Dharwad - KA

Experience: 2 - 6 years

Pay Structure: Up to 6 LPA

Vacancy: 04

Education: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience

Note: This role requires an immediate joiner, available within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Hexagon CMM machine using existing inspection programs.

• Load and unload components from the CMM with care to prevent damage.

• Run inspection programs and monitor the measurement process.

• Interpret and analyze CMM reports to verify part quality against specifications.

• Identify and report any non-conforming parts or measurement errors to the quality assurance team.

• Perform basic maintenance and calibration checks on the machine as required.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality procedures.

Required Skillset:

• Hands-on experience operating a Hexagon CMM machine.

• Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings.

• Familiarity with quality control and inspection processes.
