Job Title: Production Executive - Textiles

Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven experience in a production role within the textile or tailoring industry

Salary Range: ₹75,000 to ₹85,000 per month

Education: Any Degree

Key Requirements:

• Industry Background: Applicant must have a background in the textile or tailoring industry.
• Language: Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Must possess strong technical knowledge of sewing machinery and garment production processes.
• Operational Skills: Demonstrated experience in production line setting and layout optimization.
• Attributes: A results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of orders.
• Drive the production team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
•  Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Ensure all production activities are carried out in a safe manner, adhering to all company safety protocols.
