We are hiring below position for Bangalore - Doddaballapura - Karnataka Location.

Title: Shift Incharge – Plastic Injection Molding

Education: Diploma in Mechanical / CIPET / GTTC / NTTF / BE (Mechanical)

CTC: 25,000 to 45,000 per month based on experience Preferred from Injection Molding Experience.

Experience: 5 to 10 Years  

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the injection moulding production shift.
• Lead and monitor a team of 20–30 operators and technicians, ensuring productivity and discipline.
• Execute the production plan and ensure timely delivery of moulded parts as per quality standards.
• Conduct mould setup, troubleshooting, and parameter optimization to minimize cycle time and reduce rejection.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of machines and moulds in coordination with the maintenance team.
• Maintain daily production, downtime, and quality records.
• Implement 5S, lean practices, and safety standards on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room for smooth operations.
• Effectively manage unionized workforce; prior experience in handling unions will be a strong advantage.
