Job Title: Plastic Injection Mould Designer

Qualification: BE / Diploma / GTTC / NTTF / PDTD / PDPMD

Salary: 25,000 to 45,000 per month based on experience

Experience: 3 - 7 years of core experience in plastic injection mould design, specifically for interior/exterior big parts.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Plastic Injection Mould-Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing tools for large interior/exterior automotive parts (4-wheeler experience preferred) and be capable of working independently. Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design plastic injection moulds for interior and exterior automotive parts, with a focus on large components.

2. Work independently throughout the entire mould design process, from concept to detailed design.

3. Ensure designs meet customer specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing requirements.

4. Utilize either Creo or Catia software for all design work.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and tooling.

6. Provide technical support and guidance during the mould manufacturing and testing phases.

7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in mould design technology and industry best practices.

8. Optimize mould designs for manufacturability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
