We are looking for an immediate joiner for below position:

Title: CMM Programmer - Hexagon Machine

Location: Hubli - Dharwad

Experience: 2 - 6 years

Pay Structure: Up to 6 LPA

Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree.

Note: This role requires an immediate joiner, available within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and debug inspection programs for Hexagon CMM using PC-DMIS software.

• Interpret complex engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) callouts, and specifications to create accurate and efficient CMM programs.

• Validate CMM programs by running first-article inspections and ensuring measurement repeatability and reproducibility.

• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.

• Maintain and calibrate CMM equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Generate detailed inspection reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.

• Provide technical support and training to CMM operators.

• Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures.

Required Skillset:

• Strong proficiency with PC-DMIS software.

• In-depth knowledge of GD&T principles and application.

• Proven experience in programming Hexagon CMM machines.
