Title: Toolmaker

Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Toolmaker, specifically with exposure to automobile parts.

Pay Structure: 25,000 to 45,000 per month based on experience

Education: Background: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) / Diploma / GTTC / NTTF / PDTD / PDPMD

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform tool making and development activities for outsourced automobile parts.

* Conduct thorough tool reviews to ensure design specifications and quality standards are met.

* Execute blue matching processes with high precision.

* Interpret and understand tool requirements from technical drawings and specifications.

* Possess in-depth knowledge of potential effects and defects in automobile injection molded parts.

* Demonstrate strong part proving capabilities to validate tool performance.

* Actively participate in tool time plan reviews and discussions, contributing to efficient project timelines.

* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless tool development and production.

* Must be proficient in either Creo or Catia. (Knowledge of UG/NX is not required for this role)
