NX CNC- Team Lead - Banashankari, Bangalore - Karnataka Location

Qualification: DIPLOMA / B.E / B Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Salary: 13 to 15 LPA

Experience: 12 To 15 Years.

Candidates from Aerospace Industry are highly preferred.

Position Objectives:

Support CAM activities for existing customers by managing deliverables and leading a team of NC Programmers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the NC team to resolve technical issues and optimize part production strategies.

2. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

3. Assist the CAM Manager and PM with work package planning, scheduling, and project tracking.

4. Ensure achievement of quality objectives.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Hands-on experience with CNC programming software (NX, CATIA, MCAM) and Vericut.

2. In-depth knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.

3. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

4. Knowledge of CNC machine operation and setups.

5. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

5. Knowledge of CAM software like Mastercam, Catia V5 (added advantage).
